1. Order Cancellation
Changed your mind after placing an order? No worries.
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placing the order, as long as the order has not already been shipped.
If your order has already been shipped, we are unfortunately unable to cancel it. In that case, please wait until the package arrives and contact our customer support team if you would like to return the item.

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours after delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact our support team within 14 days after your order has been marked as delivered.

Including clear photos of the item and packaging (especially if there is damage or a defect) can help us resolve your request much faster.

Credit Card Payments
Refunds typically appear within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
PayPal Payments
Refunds are usually processed within 48 hours after approval.
7. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs or import fees.
We recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking information and keeping the tracking number until the return has been completed.
Please note that we do not accept returns sent with Cash on Delivery (COD) or unpaid shipping.
